Hello and Welcome. I am a Transformative Social Worker in private practice as a rostered Psychotherapist. I am passionate about helping my clients build confidence, reduce stress and find clarity and ease.I believe strongly in the healing power of the creative process and somatic practices; these practices help us step out of thinking and allow us to feel, witness, and uncover. I am excited to co-create pathways for clients to connect with their innate creativity and wisdom. As a clinician I draw on my background as a conceptually trained artist and yoga instructor trained in mindful vinyasa with a specialty in restorative yoga.
